Cancer cells do not counter heat stress as well as “normal” cells do. So one strategy is to raise one’s body temperature to fever temps. This is known as hyperthermia. In conventional medicine this is done to weaken the cancer cells to chemotherapy. In alternative medicine this is done to weaken the cancer cells to more natural methods such as IV-C or PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic field therapy). Note that raising one’s core temperature is what the body does to create a fever and fight off infection.
As another major benefit to hyperthermia, the body’s white blood cells increase substantially in the hours or days following hyperthermia (in particular neutrophils and lymphocytes). I measured white blood cell components after hyperthermia and found that neutrophils almost doubled in the hours after a session but dropped back to their baseline a day later. Two days after the session the lymphocytes increased by about 50% and then dropped to their baseline about a day later.
During a typical hyperthermia session my core body temperature target is 101.2-102 degrees F. After reaching 101.2-102 I turn the heating device is turned off and retained heat continues to increase my core temperature to 101.6-102.3 degrees F.
What I think is a good combination is a PEMF mat underneath a hyperthermia dome. The domes cost around $1500 and the mat costs around $1500. Total cost is about $3000. This combination allows both therapies to be applied simultaneously. Various supplements can be taken prior to the session to increase the potential potency (e.g. 500 mg or so of curcumin, 400 mg or so of EGCG, 50 mg or so of melatonin). I also drink a lot of water during these sessions (typically about a gallon in two hours).
The hyperthermia sessions are hard on the body and I suggest aiming for one session a week. It usually takes about 50 minutes to increase the body temp to 101.2-102 and it is ideal to stay in the chamber with the power off for another hour or so. After a total of two hours is over I try to take a nap since the white blood cells have increased and the immune system is activated.
Another simple option is to take very hot baths. 105+ F for 1-2 hours. This typically increases my core temperature to 101-101.5. I use the hyperthermia dome once a week and hot baths a few times. After a hyperthermia session (bath or dome) I try to sleep for a couple of hours.

Great post! Your post will benefit those who want to know how to do hyperthermia. You are awesome!

Thanks so much. I’m simply trying to beat my cancer and along the way I hope that I can give a little information to others. I’m going to update this post with some more info about specifics of what I do. I combine hyperthermia with a few other things. Hopefully it has a synergistic effect and eradicates the cancer.
